Charlotte’s Best Nanny Agency is assisting a family in Myers Park in finding a Nanny/House Manager for their two boys ages 1 and 2 years old. The nanny would be needed Monday – Friday from 7:45 am – 5:45 pm. The boys are in school 9:30-1 M-F. We need someone to prepare them for school, drop them off, pick them up, take them to other activities, etc.
The best Nanny/House Manager for this family would be a Nanny/House Manager who can manage the house and watch the children during the day. The nanny must have a safe and reliable car and be a safe driver and be comfortable keeping two car seats in their car since the nanny’s car will be used to transport the kids around. During the times the children are in school or there is downtime, the Nanny/House Manager is asked to manage an electronic calendar for the family, determine house needs, register kids for classes, take to doctor’s and dental appointments, grocery shop, cook meals for the family and kids, run errands, organize, do laundry, iron, tidy up, monitor any contractors that do work on the home, and other tasks related to keeping the home running and clean, etc. Nanny/House Manager will coordinate with the family on the tasks that need to be done and make each other aware of issues and/ or concerns, etc. When the kids are around, the Nanny/House Manager should have their attention on the kids. The Nanny/House Manager should have experience with toddlers and preschoolers, and experience being a House Manager as well. The children love playing outside, reading, listening to music, and dancing. The boys love going to activities and camps like soccer, MyGym, etc. The nanny would be encouraged to keep them active and engaged in activities that they are most interested in and that encourage their development.
