Charlotte’s Best Nanny Agency is assisting a family in the Mountain Island Area of Charlotte in finding a Nanny/House Manager for their family including two daughters ages 5 years old and 16 months old. The Nanny/House Manager would be needed Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 6:00 pm, with occasional overnight or weekend care needed with prior notice and extra compensation.
The ideal candidate for this position would be positive, warm, caring, and dependable. The mom of this family stays at home with the children and the Nanny/House Manager would be in a support role to the family. The Nanny/House Manager must be ok with the mom being in and out of the home during their time with the family. The primary responsibilities of the House Manager/Nanny would be to help out with things around the home such as the family’s laundry, wiping down counters, dishes, organizing, and helping with projects around the home to keep the home running smoothly. When the mom needs help with the children the Nanny/House Manager would be responsible for watching one or both daughters. The girls like to color, bike riding, crafts, outdoor walks, trips to the park / playground, puzzles, board games, Legos, baby dolls, etc. The Nanny/House Manager would be encouraged to keep the children active and engaged in these fun activities, help them to stay on schedule, and ensure they are well taking care of. The family also has a 14-year-old Female Chihuahua, so the nanny would need to be ok with a dog in the home and not allergic to dogs. The dog would need minimal care.
